Coaching the Young Developing Performer (Istvan Balyi begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting & Craig Williams)
This book has been produced with the aim of helping coaches further their understanding of coaching children and young performers through growing, developing years. The focus is on the monitoring of young performers' growth and development in order to plan and implement appropriate training and competition programs. This book will help coaches and other support staff recognize the opportunities this information gives them, both to develop the potential of more performers, and to give every performer the best deal.
To make a real difference, coaches must not only further their knowledge and understanding in this area, but actually apply their learning in practice for the optimal benefit of their young performers.Throughout the book, there are many references to research and discussion papers, so you have the opportunity to study specific issues in more detail. More information.
